101 --Shot by an alien spacecraft, trampled by cows, and ran over by Officer Barbrady's police car.
102-- Shot by Mr. Garrison and then skewered by a flag pole.
103 --A ball of lava fell in front of Kenny and everyone thought he was dead but he stepped out from behind the ball of lava. Later, Ned dropped his gun, it fired and killed Kenny.
104-- Killed on the football field.
105 --Tossed into the microwave by Stan's Evil Clone.
106 --Gets touched by the Grim Reaper.
107 --Crushed by the Mir Spacestation, cut in half by Kyle with a chainsaw, and crushed by a statue. At the end of the episode though, Kennys hand emerges from the ground where he was buried.
108--Turned into a rare duck-billed platypus and shot by Jimbo.
109 --Eaten by wild turkeys.
110--KENNY LIVES!!!
111--Gets a knife thrown through his head by Ms. Ellen.
112-- Strangles himself (accidentally) with a tetherball rope.

201--Kenny didn't appear in this episode....Aww damnit!
202 Fried himself (on purpose) GoKenny! To get the power back on at the hospital so Cartman could find out who his father was.
203--Falls into an empty grave and then a tombstone lands on him.
204--Kenny has many near death experiences in this episode. First, he almost gets crushed by a car during the riots. Second, he gets thrown against a brick wall in the school playground. Third, he gets wounded by the Chicken F*ckers gun. Finally, when the credits start showing, Kenny gets crushed by a tree.
205 --He gets squished against the wall after getting hit with a dodge ball by a Chinese player.
206--On the talkshow Jesus and Pals, Kenny get's ripped in half by two angry audience members after a fight breaks out.
207-- He gets eaten by a monster but, you'll notice that Kenny is still alive afterwards on the bus. I don't know what to tell you there.
208--The giant snake knocks some bleachers on top of Kenny.209--Well..Kenny got chickenpox and at the end of the show went unconcious and died laughing in his death bed---poor kenny.
210--Kenny is killed by a stampeed with tow unknown guys saying "Oh my God i found a penny...You basterd"
211--Kenny is killed in the planetarium by the STARS..HE blows up.
212--gets trampled in their clubhouse by total strangers then the rats come like always.
Leno Skit-- Killed by Jay Leno's chin.( A statue of George Washington's head landed on Kenny)
New Years Countdown--killed by the number 7 in 1997.
Spirit of Christmas--Decapitated by Santa.
